‘The Real Us’

Roy Hill’s Perth-based integrated Corporate Headquarters and Remote Operations Centre (ROC) provides end to end integration of our operations, marketing and corporate services functions. The Commercial team are seeking an Officer Cataloguing to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Superintendent Procurement, the purpose of this position is to enter, track and maintain Materials Management (MM) catalogues in SAP Materials Management Module (MMM) in line with the Roy Hill Material Master Data Design (MMDD) standards and requirements.  


Accountabilities include:

  • Populating SAP MM with supplied data from Roy Hill approved vendors.
  • Facilitate management of catalogues by vendors and maintain governance and quality of these catalogues.
  • Ensuring that MMD is always current and maintained in line with the Roy Hill MMDD standards and within contractual parameters.
  • Responsible for maintaining and reporting on current MM catalogues in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Provide assistance and training to operational personnel in relation to the Roy Hill MMDD standards and use of the Roy Hill MMD.

As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience in a similar role. In addition, you will possess:


  • Possess a sound knowledge and understanding of mining materials and operational maintenance requirements.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Clear understanding of (eg. NATO / Auslang) cataloguing disciplines.
  • Computer literacy in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Microsoft office.
